GOSHA RUBCHINSKIY offers a 14-day return window for all items provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and intimate apparel may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
